Your new Davide Pedersoli gun is guaranteed for two years in accordance with articles 120-132 of the Legislative Decree n.206 dated 6th of September 2005. The guarantee is governed according to the provisions of the Italian legislation.
The warranty is active from the date of retail purchase (bill/invoice date) due to defects of materials and workmanship. The warranty coverage of the parts, the repair work or the parts replacement must be submitted to the evaluation of Davide Pedersoli & C. Stocks and forends are not covered by this warranty. The guarantee of the walnut or maple stock and forend is 60 days from the purchase and only covers manufacturing defects and materials. Transportation to and from our reparation facilities, government taxes, damage caused by non-performance of normal maintenance, damage due to the use of ammunition exceeding the ruled pressure, reloading or other non-standard ammunition, or any unauthorized repair, modification, improper use, abuse, or alteration of the product, void this warranty.
WARNINGS - ALTERATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS
Modification or modifications of parts and / or safety of the gun void the warranty. This gun was manufactured to work properly with the original parts as designed. It is your duty to ensure that all parts you purchase are made for this gun and are assembled correctly and that neither the replacement parts nor the original parts are altered or modified. Your firearm is a complex precision instrument with many parts that must fit together properly to ensure correct and safe functioning. Assembling a gun incorrectly or with incorrect or modified parts can cause malfunctions, causing serious danger, risk of personal injury or death for yourself and others. We always recommend a qualified gunsmith for your gun, or have the self-made work checked by a competent gunsmith before using the gun.
